Parking zone map
The association has 38 spaces across three zones. Your space number is on the contract and painted on the post. Guests park in the marked guest row along Kvarnstensvägen.

EV charging
The eight charging points in zone A are 11 kW type 2 and are billed per kWh through the charging operator's app — the association does not add a margin. Consumption appears on your own card, not on the monthly fee.
Charging from the engine heater outlets in zone B is not permitted. They are fused for 10 A and are not designed for continuous load; the risk of overheating in a snowed-in post is the reason the ban exists.
Four more points are added in week 41. Members in the queue are offered them in order of application date.
Winter rules
Ploughing runs between 05:00 and 08:00 after snowfall of more than five centimetres. Zone B is cleared first because it fills up earliest — that is why cars have to be moved out of B, not out of A.
Do not park within two metres of the buildings between November and April. Snow slides off the roofs without warning, and the association's insurance does not cover damage to cars parked inside the marked risk line.
